Preview the web view of an event

To view the web view of an event, follow the instructions and/or watch the video below.

1. On the home page of the CMS, find the event you want to preview and click the ellipsis

2. Choose “Preview event”

3. You will be taken to the admin web view of your event. You will be able to navigate through all pages, etc. This view shows custom event fields by name, not value so you can see where they’ve been used.

4. If you’d like to see what a participant will see when accessing via the web, then go to www.mckinsey.covision.com and you’ll see the list of all of the current instances to which you have access. Click on the one you want to preview.
