Josh loves to work in the space between technology and the people who use it, serving as a translator between IT departments and design teams, between technicians and the technologically challenged. He’s in “the zone” when he’s working with clients to understand their strategic, social, collaborative and logistical needs, and then translating how today’s technology can be leveraged to create their ideal experience. Being a creative problem solver and making my clients lives easier is at the core of what he does.

Cara came to Covision in 2021 with a decade of experience as a project manager for event technology. Her strong technical background combined with her expertise on meeting design and process make her the perfect fit to lead our event production team. She is methodical, organized, creative, and constantly amazes our clients with the amount of precision and care she puts into their events.

Christian first joined Covision in 1998, cutting his teeth as a project manager before moving to the consulting arm. In his first ten years with the company, he learned how to listen to clients’ desired outcomes and how to leverage technology to meet those goals. In 2009, he went to SpotMe, a mobile event app provider. In his 8 years there he moved from Director of Sales to CEO, always leading with his belief that the combination of great meeting design and cutting edge technology could unlock the true potential of meetings and events. He’s now brought his passion and 20 years experience in the industry back to Covision to help the team achieve its next phase of growth.

Trevor joined the Covision team in 2017 bringing with him his deep experience in product management & design as well as an overall penchant for the start-up world. He has managed dev teams across multiple product lines and brings that experience to bear with Covision’s clients as he works with them to design the best software experience possible. He has also been part of burgeoning new start-ups and been instrumental in their growth and acquisitions.
