All-in-one event technology solution for Global Learning Team

Desired Outcome: An all-in-on solution (website and mobile app) for hundreds of annual events that could be completely managed by internal event planners. Needed to include registration, web-access, and mobile app for on-site.
Achievement: Training of event planners on Covision’s CMS so they could easily duplicate templates and manage events leading to hundreds of global learning events occurring with fewer resources and under budget.
The learning division of a top global consulting firm needed a new solution to handle their hundreds of learning programs held throughout the year. The challenges? Some were in-person, some were virtual, meeting planners with little technical knowhow had to be able to duplicate a template and build the apps on their own, and they needed participants to fill out registration forms around travel, etc. before the event.
Working with the learning team, Covision designed engaging, branded templates that could be easily cloned and modified by the planners just by filling out a simple form. Apps and websites were built from the same back-end allowing virtual events to be online only, while in-person events could start with registration online and then participants could download the app for the on-site portion. Covision trained all the planners and provided online written and video documentation of the CMS, facilitating the creation of dozens of event platforms every week across the globe.
