How to hide/publish an event

To hide or publish an event, follow the instructions and/or watch the video below.

1. On the home page of the CMS, find the event you want to hide or publish and click on it

2. Under Status choose “Draft” to hide the event from participants, choose “Publish” to make it available. Draft events are always visible to admins

3. Choose “Archive” if you wish to archive the event. This will require a super admin from Covision to publish again

4. Click “Save changes”
