Conditional questions in surveys
A question in a survey can be “conditional,” meaning it only shows under certain conditions. In the case of the survey, that condition is the answer to a question. For example, if you have someone rate a session, you can also ask them why they rated it the way they did IF they scored the session under a certain score. To create a linear scale question in a survey, follow the following steps and/or watch the video below.
Toggle “Conditional” on the question you want to make conditional
A pencil will appear next to the toggle, click on it
Select the question you want the current question conditional upon
Select the value(s) (answer) upon which you want the current question conditional upon
Click “Add condition”
