Changing the Team Agendas in Instances

The agenda for Lead events are based on either 7, 14, 0r 16 teams. FLITE has a similar switch that has to be made. The following instructions and video show you how to switch between these different agendas for LEAD events, but the same principals apply to FLITE and any other agendas. THESE STEPS SHOULD BE TAKEN AFTER YOU ADD THE TEAM NUMBERS FOR PARTICIPANTS VIA IMPORT. The teams sessions in Lead are all set to DRAFT, meaning they aren’t visible to participants. Below and in the video you’ll see how to change it for a 16 team event, but making it a 7 or 14 team event would entail the same steps.

  1. Go to Agenda

  2. Click on “Filter” and choose “Collections”

  3. Click outside the drop down to exit the filter choices

  4. Click on “Collections” that is now under the “Filter” drop down

  5. Choose “16 Team” and then click outside the dropdown to exit it

  6. This pulls up ALL 16 team agenda items.

  7. Click the check box at the top of the agenda which chooses all filtered sessions

  8. Click “Bulk Update”

  9. Choose “Status” in the pop-up

  10. Choose “PUBLISHED.”
